Ann takes a non-directive approach to Coaching, encouraging the client to identify and utilise their strengths whilst developing new skills and awareness of attitudes and behaviours which may be limiting their progress to attaining their goal.

Ann offers a range of Coaching options:

Business Coaching

Individual - suitable for all levels of business

Ann uses her extensive experience of management in different sectors, quickly assimilating the Company ethos to support her client to identify their pressures using the unique AMC Health Risk Assessment based on the HSE Management Standards.  This ensures compliance with HSE regulations.

Managers

Ann is also a trained facilitator of the EBW Individual Emotional Intelligence Assessment, which provides insight and the tools for Managers to manage their own and others’ emotions (Motivation, Optimism, Stress, Anxiety, Anger etc.).  There are also opportunities to explore and understand workplace behaviour (e.g. decision making, influencing etc.) as well as training in how to use the AMC Health risk Assessment tool based on the HSE Management Standards, which can lead to improved performance of individuals, managers and teams.

Teams

Ann also uses the highly effective EBW Emotional Intelligence Assessment tool to explore the interactions and dynamics in a team. She coaches members how to maximise their strengths benefiting the whole team performance and effectiveness.

She has a wide range of techniques to support personal development, encouraging self-awareness, self-belief, confidence and resilience to achieve personal success and Mojo.

Private Coaching

As well as a qualified Coach, Ann is also a Therapist with 19 years’ experience.  She takes part in regular CPD continually enhancing her skills and techniques which include, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Mindfulness, Reiki

A free initial Appointment will assess if we can work together and will include a health check to ensure there are no contra indications.
